Meet Cait
You’ve built something with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of vision. Let’s take you to the next level.
With over a decade of experience leading strategy and design across tech, data, and people teams, I’ve seen how the big players win—with resources, infrastructure, and loads of talent. But I believe bold ideas and creative thinking deserve a real shot, no matter your size.
I’ve worn a few hats (okay, a lot): buyer managing vendors, product designer, startup strategist, innovation lead at a big tech company. I’ve worked across industries like retail, healthcare, travel, logistics—you name it. And I’ve got the credentials to match: an MBA in entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota, plus degrees in marketing and psychology from Notre Dame.
Whether it’s reworking your strategy, mapping customer journeys, or planning a team retreat that doesn’t feel like pulling teeth, I’m here to bring focus, energy, and momentum to whatever you’re building.
My style? Collaborative, quick-moving, human-first. No fluff, no ego. Just smart, actionable progress (usually faster and smoother than you’d expect).
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me mid-DIY project or showing my two girls how to use a power drill. And when the sander battery dies, we trade tools for trails and head out to the Minnesota lakes.
If you’re building something meaningful and want a strategic partner who rolls up their sleeves and gets things moving—let’s chat.
My Approach
When I step into a project, I’m not just looking at the plan on paper. I’m looking at how your people work, what’s holding them back, and how we can move forward together. That’s where alignment, traction, and acceleration come in.
Alignment.
Building shared understanding across leaders, teams, and priorities so people can work together with clarity and confidence.
Examples in action:
Lead leadership sessions to set clear, shared priorities.
Map responsibilities so ownership and accountability is inevitable.
Create meeting habits that keep teams connected and on track.
Traction.
Turning strategy into steady, visible progress by rolling up my sleeves and staying close to the work until it delivers results.
Examples in practice:
Build and track a 90-day plan with weekly check-ins
Pilot initiatives alongside your team.
Use simple metrics to monitor progress.
Acceleration.
Removing barriers, amplifying what works, and creating momentum that feels sustainable for the people doing the work, all while driving accountability and engagement.
Examples in practice:
Identify and fix delivery bottlenecks.
Introduce tools that lighten workloads, not add clutter.
Set quick, actionable feedback loops to keep your team engaged.
