Do I have to be in Minnesota to work with you?

Not at all. While I love working with Twin Cities–based businesses in person, most of the brand, strategy, and facilitation work is designed to run seamlessly over Google Meet, shared documents, and virtual workshops. Whether you’re across town or across the country, the process stays just as structured and collaborative.

What does working together actually look like?

You won’t get a binder of “recommendations” that sits on a shelf. I move quickly from insight to action. That means:

  • We start with a deep diagnostic. I get to the root of your goals, gaps, and what’s actually happening in your sales motion or solution design process.

  • I map out a clear plan. You’ll know what to tackle first, how to sequence it, and what I’m taking off your plate versus where I need your team involved.

  • We blend done-with-you and done-for-you. I write playbooks, redesign messaging, coach your technical experts, build frameworks, analyze deals, and create sales assets — whatever your goals require.

  • We implement in real time. This isn’t theoretical. We work side by side in active deals, live coaching sessions, and team enablement so your team builds confidence as we go.

How long does the process take?

That depends on your needs and scope.

  • Quick-turn engagements — like my Scaling Sales Diagnosis — give you rapid clarity, priority sequencing, and a 90-day roadmap you can use immediately.

  • Enablement programs — like The Solution Engine or the Expert to Edge Coaching Program — run 90 days and focus on building team skill, alignment, and repeatable processes through hands-on practice.

  • Fractional or embedded leadership partnerships typically span 4–12 months and allow us to redesign systems, elevate talent, and embed strong sales and solution engineering rhythms across the organization.

How much should I budget?

The package structures vary.

For the Scaling Sales Diagnostic, it is a flat fee of $6k with optional add-ons to enhance follow through and accountability.

My Enablement programs (The Solution Engine and Expert-to-Edge Program) are scoped per participant and also per organizational complexity. You can expect to spend $3K/month for individual training or $12K-$18K/month for the team programs.

For embedded support, the Fractional Head of Solution Engineering begins at $12K/month but is always scoped custom to meet your goals and specific needs for that role’s fit within your organization.

I’m transparent about investment from the start so you can make a confident decision.

How involved do I need to be?

Your involvement is critical—you know your business better than anyone. I typically ask for at least 60 minutes a week during active phases for check-ins, decision-making, and input.

Beyond that, I take on the heavy lifting: playbooks, frameworks, deal reviews, training plans, messaging, and operational improvements. If your engagement requires more active collaboration from your team, I’ll lay that out clearly in your proposal so expectations are crystal clear.

Will you help with execution, or just strategy?

Both. Strategy without execution doesn’t move revenue.

In most engagements, I step in as an embedded partner early on — leading enablement, supporting live deals, rewriting materials, or fixing operational blockers — and then gradually transition the systems, tools, and habits back to your team so they can sustain the momentum long-term.
